Mijn VerbouwPremie
Mijn VerbouwPremie is the Flemish grant for renovation work on a house or flat. It exists for heat pumps, heat pump water heaters and solar water heaters, among others. How much you get depends on the type of work, your situation and sometimes your income.
You apply for the grant yourself, after the work and based on the final invoice. We provide a clear invoice with the details you need.

Mijn VerbouwLening
Besides the grant, Flanders also offers Mijn VerbouwLening, a loan for energy-saving renovations, subject to conditions. More information from your local Energiehuis or on vlaanderen.be.
Good to know
- Check the conditions before ordering the work: some grants have technical requirements.
- Keep an eye on the invoice date and the application deadline.
- The VAT rate on your work also depends on conditions, such as the age of the home. Ask about it when you request a quote.
- Live in Brussels or Wallonia? Different grants apply there.
Frequently asked questions
How much grant will I get for a heat pump?
That depends on the type of heat pump, your situation and the rules at the time you apply. That is why we deliberately quote no amounts here. The current figures are on vlaanderen.be.
Do you apply for the grant for me?
You apply for the grant yourself, but we are glad to help: you get a clear invoice from us and an explanation of the details you need.
